MATERIAL

Acacia wood knife block - powder coated carbon steel body, bottom with antislip grip.
The knives have a German stainless steel blade and stainless steel handle.

Care & Use knives

Before first use handwash in soapy water.
To prolong the longevity of your knife, we recommend handwash. Handwash with warm, soapy water and a non-scratch cloth or sponge. Dry thoroughly.
Sharpen the knives when needed using a knife sharpener. But do not sharpen a serrated knife!
Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal or glass.

Care & Use Knife Block

Clean and dry the knives thoroughly before inserting into the knife block.
Finished with food-safe mineral oil. To ensure the longevity, occasionally rub with a food-safe mineral oil.
Hand wash only, clean with a soft damp cloth.
Do not soak or submerge in water.
