Created exclusively for Summit by California designer Alwy Visschedyk, Boomerang fuses Twentieth Century Modern design with the designer’s own unique signature. It is modern with a retro feel: there’s something familiar about it yet something new and edgy. Taking its shape and lines from the iconic Australian throwing tool, the boomerang, the collection achieves a play on words with the name Boomerang—once launched, it comes back, just like the elements of good design. As is true with all collections designed for Summit, each piece of Boomerang furniture is crafted from the highest quality plantation-grown teak, a sustainable resource and Summit hallmark. All metal fittings are constructed with marine-grade stainless steel and brushed for a finished appearance.
