Interior Designer

• Ensure Hive Collective values and vision are clearly defined, communicated and embodied within the Design team and company-wide
• Provide a luxury experience for the clientele by mastering and executing Hive Collective design aesthetic for residential Interior Design
• Represent Hive Collective lifestyle brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism
• Maintain a strong interest in luxury design industry and stay current with top trends, social media and forecasting
• Manage all phases of the client experience from consultations through delivery and site visits along with your Senior Designer
• Provide design expertise, execute small-scale design projects and support the Senior Interior Designer with large-scale projects in partnership with the rest of the team
• Manage initial in-home consultations as a representative of Hive Design
• Lead client meetings and presentations for small-scale interior design projects
• Measure client's home, create floor plan in Auto CAD and space plan for all relevant rooms
• Create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assessing space requirements, determining optimal furniture placement and selecting the appropriate items for the client
• Review project specifications with the Senior Interior Designer to ensure that client's and business partner's needs are being satisfied
• Produce and brand design presentations and communicate design concepts, space planning and product selections to the client
• Maintain a standard of productivity to ensure fiscal goals are met
• Maintain Master Design Client Spreadsheet with current information as projects progress
• Create and maintain current resource library for fabrics, finishes, wall coverings, etc in the Design Studio
• Remain fluid and flexible to support the needs of the business

• Auto CAD design experience
• Bachelors degree in Interior Design

Home Sales Associate

Hive Home, Gift & Garden

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Ensure proper sizing and scale of furniture, accessories, etc. to client's room or home
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
• Assist visual manager with in-store displays and vignettes
• Communicate and assist customers with requests in-store and via phone or email, following through until delivery and or installation
• Ring customers at the cash register, take payments and issue receipts
• Support in processing merchandise shipments
• Gift Wrap as needed
• Remaining flexible to support the needs of the business

• Passion for design
• 2-4 years of luxury furniture sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of or ability to learn specifics of our wide range of product collections
• Thorough, detailed and solution-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MAC programs

Boutiques Sales Associate

• Provide a positive customer experience, being confident, intuitive, and direct
• Provide an exceptional fitting room experience
• Complete the customer experience with an accurate and efficient check out
• Address all customer concerns in a proactive and helpful manner
