Refund policy
RETURNS
Merchandise may be returned within (14) calendar days of purchase to receive a full refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded - all discounted items are final sale. Please note: all furniture is final sale. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with original tags and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as Hive will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the credit to be applied to your account.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged item, please send an email with photos to orders@hivepalmbeach.com.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time before the order is processed. Once a product has processed, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
HIVE may cancel orders for any reason, including, but not limited to discontinued items, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions and declined credit card payments.
