SHIPPING

In-stock merchandise purchased through hivepalmbeach.com will be processed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). After processing is complete, merchandise will be shipped and delivered via UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note that a physical street address is required for delivery - UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. For detailed information on transit times, see below:

UPS Ground: Please allow 3 business days for processing before order is shipped. Date of delivery dependent on distance from South Florida.

UPS 3 Day: Please allow 1 business day for processing before order is shipped. Once shipped, guaranteed delivery within 3 business days from date of shipping.

UPS 2 Day: Please allow 1 business day for processing before order is shipped. Once shipped, guaranteed delivery within 2 business days from date of shipping.

Please carefully inspect your item(s) upon arrival. Should your item arrive defective or damaged, please send an email to orders@hivepalmbeach.com and provide your name, order number, and photo of the item(s).
